Name: Philip Henshaw (real name unknown)
Age: 31
Height: 6'
Hair: Black, very curly
Known Family: wife (Beth), parents, two children (sons, I think)
SOS: 4

First met:  Precinct 3 lock-up

I still don't know how he'd ended up in u-town, but he'd been far
too well-dressed.  A couple of kids had tried to mug him, and he'd
nearly beaten one of them to death (the other had got away).  He
had picked up a wallet one of the kids had dropped on the ground
(obviously lifted from someone else) and he presented this to the
police as his own.  It belonged to somebody named Peter Henshaw.

Notes:  Philip Henshaw is on vacation from his life.  I don't know
if he's ever going back.
